You manage your team under “Organization” → “Team”.

The four roles

Role May
“Owner” everything, including subscription and team
“Administration” the same – meant for day-to-day operation
“Editing” edit websites and scans, but not publish
“Read only” view reports, change nothing

Only “Owner” and “Administration”

  • approve statements: From scan to published statement,
  • see a website’s “Embedding” tab and create tokens for the WordPress plugin there,
  • change who declares for a website,
  • receive the result email after a scheduled scan.

Inviting someone

Under the invitation section, enter the email address, choose a role and choose “Send invitation”. The invited person receives a link and sets their own password with it. An account in your organization is only created once they accept.

Open invitations are listed below and can be resent or withdrawn. As long as an invitation is open, it takes up a seat in your plan.

Important for agencies

All members see all websites of the organization. So don’t invite a client’s staff into an organization that also holds other clients’ websites. The client doesn’t need an account for the WordPress plugin anyway: Managing websites for clients.
